Use of meeting rooms and day offices are during normal business hours of 9am-6pm, Monday tFriday. Residential office clients may book meetings 24/7 through the portal, but acknowledge that support from the building management team is limited to normal business hours and HVAC is only available as per the building schedule. Should you require team support or HVAC for any out of hours meeting, please contact your building team to arrange. Please note that charges for out of hours services may apply. 
 
Impact Working is committed to the service that it offers to all of its clients and has created terms and conditions governing the use of its locations. These terms have been formulated for the collective benefit of all clients and are designed to ensure the enjoyment of the accommodation by all clients at the location and to govern the relationship between the client and Impact Working. 
 
Agreement: Impact Working (during the hours stated) agrees to facilitate the usage of our meeting rooms and video conferencing facilities, including access to the common areas of the building, such as the breakout space, kitchen and WCs. 


Applicable Law: This agreement is interpreted and enforced in accordance with the law where the building is located. Impact Working and the client both accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of such jurisdiction. 
 
Providing the Facilities: Impact Working has the right to suspend the provision of the service for reasons of political unrest, strike or other events beyond our reasonable control. 
 
Impact Working: The client must not use the name Impact Working in any way in connection with its business. 
 
Comply with the Law: As the client, you agree that you must not do anything illegal in connection with your use of the building and its facilities. The client must not do anything that may interfere with the use of the facilities bImpact Working or by others, cause any nuisance or annoyance, or cause loss or damages to Impact Working or to the owner of any interest in the building which contains the facilities the client is using. 
 
Comply with Building Rules and Regulations: The Client must comply with the house rules, which impose generally on users of the building, whether for reasons of health and safety, fire precautions or otherwise. Such rules are developed and/or imposed for the safety of Impact Workings’ clients and to protect their use of the location as a place of work. The house rules vary from building to building and can be requested locally. 
 
Employees: While this agreement is in force and for a period of six months after it ends, neither Impact Working nor the client may knowingly solicit or offer employment to any of the other’s staff employed in this location. This obligation applies to any employee employed at the location up to that employee’s termination of employment, and for three months thereafter. It is stipulated that the breaching party shall pay the non-breaching party the equivalent of one years’ salary for any employee concerned. 
 
Impact Working is not liable for any loss resulting from the failure to provide any services, either by Impact Working or via a third party, unless Impact Working does so deliberately or is proved to be negligent. Impact Working is also not liable for any failure until the client has told us about it and has given Impact Working reasonable time to remedy. The Client accepts responsibility for their equipment whilst on the premises and the client is liable at all times for the loss or damage caused to any equipment provided by Impact Working or a third Party on behalf of Impact Working. 

Cancellations: In the event that you cancel your booking less than 24 hours prior to it taking place, then a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fee for that booking shall become payable. 
 
Impact Working reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
